Purchased along with the Door Lock Division by Amerock Corporation. This is not shown in the history of Amerock on the Amerock web site and I can’t remember the date but do remember that it was prior to Newell Corporation purchasing Anchor Hocking ( which included Amerock Corporation ). Larry Gloyd was president of Amerock Corporation at the time and the purchase was a big deal . It added much needed patterns ( Royal Family was very strong and still is in the line ) to Amerock’s offerings.
Amerock and National Lock were strong competitors when the catalogue shown here was published. I do have some of their hardware in stock. Give me a call or drop a line and I will check stock to see if I have what you require.
